JTT is based in Houston, Texas and we primarily service the federal court system within the Southern District of Texas. We provide services from Houston to Corpus Christi and into the Rio Grande Valley, covering cities such as McAllen, Brownsville, and Laredo. We also offer our services nationwide.
Courtroom Transcription
Courtroom Transcription Transcript orders for cases that have been appealed to the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit must be ordered on an Appeal Transcript Order Form DKT 13. Transcripts ordered for Criminal Justice Act litigants must be ordered on an Authorization and Voucher for Payment of Transcripts Form CJA-24. For cases heard in the Southern District of Texas, these forms are available at the following address:

Transcript orders for non-appealed cases must be ordered on form AO435. This is applicable to any district, magistrate, or bankruptcy case unless the case involves a Criminal Justice Act litigant. For non-appeal transcript orders for bankruptcy court and/or district court proceedings, which took place before a judicial official and were electronically recorded, we offer the following turnaround and rates:
| Ordinary Delivery | $3.65 per page | Delivered within thirty (30) calendar days after financial arrangements have been made. |
| 14 Day Delivery | $4.25 per page | Delivered within fourteen (14) calendar days after financial arrangements have been made. |
| Expedited Delivery*** | $4.85 per page | Delivered within seven (7) calendar days after financial arrangements have been made. |
| Daily Delivery*** | $6.05 per page | Delivered during normal office hours one (1) workday after financial arrangements have been made. |
Transcripts may be delivered earlier or on Saturday only upon specific request.
A transcript order is not complete until financial arrangements have been made with JTT. The ordering party is fully responsible for any monies due for transcripts. Failure to make the proper financial arrangements will result in a delay of the delivery.
*** Although JTT does everything to assure that requests for expedited and daily turnarounds are met, there are times when this requested delivery is contingent upon the workload we currently have in-house. Miscellaneous Transcription
For those clients who do not need a court transcript, we also offer other types of services. JTT has a history of providing transcription of tapes from recorded conversations, meetings and conferences, undercover recordings, and insurance statements. No job is too small or too large. When quick turnaround is a priority, JTT is there to offer expedient service to assist you with your projects. And because you need your job right away, JTT is able to provide your transcripts in a timely manner with the full use of email as well as an overnight delivery.
